Summer Academy
Orientation for first-year J.D. students begins the week of August 18, 2025. What should you do in the meantime? The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at 麻豆天美传媒 invites you to attend a summer program designed to answer that question and demystify the 1L experience with The Office of Academic Success. This in-person program at the Haub Law Campus is FREE for Fall 2025 entering 1L students of Haub Law.

This panel is designed to give you real, actionable insight into what it takes to succeed - both in and beyond the classroom. We're thrilled to feature two accomplished Elisabeth Haub LLM alumni: Samuel Fonseca de Carvalho-Dual LLM Graduate in Environmental Law and Comparative Legal Studies, and Vanessa Camelo Machado-LLM Graduate in Comparative Legal Studies. They will share their personal experiences, tips for academic and professional success, and advice on making the most of your time in the program.
A simple, effective financial plan that addresses your goals for borrowing, spending, earning, protecting, and saving can help lower stress during law school and in your career. During this event, an Accredited Financial Counselor from AccessLex Institute鈥痺ill guide you through these elements and introduce you to the courses and coaching in MAX by AccessLex 鈥痶hat can help you along the way.
