In 2024, the Nutrition and Dietetics Teaching Kitchen at 麻豆天美传媒 was accepted into the , a prestigious, international network of leading educational, research, and community-based organizations using teaching kitchens to advance individual, community, and public health.

As a TKC member, the Nutrition and Dietetics Teaching Kitchen team is dedicated to transforming culinary nutrition education and promoting wellness, equity, and sustainable food practices. This membership offers valuable opportunities for collaboration, research, the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices, and participation in a national movement focused on reshaping the food system to support healthier communities.

To catalyze and empower a growing network of innovators changing lives through food.

Who We Are

  • 65 Organizational Members around the world ranging from hospitals, healthcare systems, universities, corporations, libraries, and community organizations
  • 200+ Professional Members who are invested in kitchen programs, culinary medicine, the food is medicine movement and improving human and planetary health.

What We Do

A powerful, engaged, and trusted network of individuals sharing their coveted resources, wins, and lessons learned in all aspects of teaching kitchens.

Foster a forum for networking, collaboration, and inspiration among culinary medicine professionals (and aspiring culinary medicine professionals!) to exchange best practices and fuel the growth of teaching kitchens in the United States and around the world.

Support and help disseminate teaching kitchen research, and coordinate evidence-driven action across public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Lead expansion of teaching kitchen-related programming globally through member-driven webinars, co-created best practices and other original tools and content.

Provide a unified platform for advocacy and drive policies that support teaching kitchen programs and initiatives.
